Growing up in a family restaurant business in 80’s Taiwan, Peichin left the island for her fashion study in London in 2000. She then worked in the fashion industry for some years until she become full-time mum for her first-born.

Her culinary adventure began in year 2015 when she opened a deli & café called Pantry & Co. in East London. In 2018, she opened Foodloose, a refill concept store serving essentials to the community and Halex, a café by day and bar by night serving delicious food and bakes from her kitchen.
​
After some years on her hospitality journey, she decided to sell condiments that she developed over the years in the UK. The condiments reflect her roots growing up in Taiwan where is a mixing pot of Asian cultures. All the products are small batches and made with care. Peichin will also share some of her personal recipes on how to enjoy these jars that can also be found in her pantry.
