- Instruction and recipe of Kimchi making 

- Demonstrate the first stage of making 

- Second stage of actual making of Kimchi 

- Tasting the fresh kimchi and sharing of recipes of enjoying this wonderful ferment at home. 

- Lastly. Peichin will make a couple of recipes for people to enjoy before finishing the workshop.
