Szechuan Chilli Oil (Vegan, contains Soya)
Hand-made chilli oil with layers of flavours and frangance. A little numbing sensation makes you want to add it to everyting you eat. 
 
Ingredients: chilli flakes, black soybeans(soya), Szechuan peppercorn, cumin, salt, sugar and sunflower oil
 
Szechuan Chilli Crisps (Vegan, contains sesame seeds and soya)
Same heat level as the original Szechuan Chilli Oil with more crisps from shallots, garlic and sesame seeds.
 
Ingredients: chilli flakes, shallot, garlics, cumin, sesame seeds, black soybeans (soya), Szechuan peppercorns, salt, sugar and sunflower oil.
 
Gochujang sauce (Vegetarian, contains soya, gluten and celery)
Korean sweet chilli sauce with a bit of kick. It is a lovley dipping sauce for deep-fried goods or a drizzle on morning eggs and avocado on toast.
 
Ingreidents: garlics, pear, Korean chilli flakes, soy sauce (soya, gluten), rice wine, ketchup(celery) , miri, honey, white pepper
 
Taberu Ra-Yu (Vegan, contains soy, gluten, nuts and sesames)
Japanese Taberu Ra-Yu focus on umami from miso, crunch texture from cachew and crispy shallots and garlics, and subtle heat from chilli flakes. We love it on steamed rice, roasted culiflower/ vegetables and deep-fried goods. The ways to enjoy this is endless, but you might find yourself eating directly from the jar.
