Sansho Ra Yu

Japanese Sansho Ra Yu has delightful citrus note with rich texture from almonds and mixed seeds. 
 
Sansho (green peppercorns) is unique to Japan, it is widely in Japanese cuisine with its elegant lemony scent and subtle numbing sensation. It is often enjoyed on grilled dishes, such as yakitori chicken or grill fish. 
 
Ingredients: rapeseed oil, garlic, onions, sansho peppercorns, almonds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds, shichimi, Szechuan peppercorns, chillies, sugar, salt.
